If you enjoy old world, period style homes in a tranquil bush setting with an active kookaburra population you will enjoy this home. The location is ideal for public transportation, bus and ferry. The Taronga Zoo is around the corner and the shops are within a reasonable distance for walking or by bus. It is hard to beat all that Mosman has to offer and it's easy access to the city. The house has air conditiong in the lounge only which is important to note if you want a fully air conditioned home. One bedroom has a ceiling fan. I would recommend additonal fans throughout the house and dehumidifiers. The kitchen is sunny and bright, the veranda is spacious and the pool is a bonus for hot sunny days. The owners were responsive to our request for an an additonal fan and acted quickly. Their is a charm to this property which will be all the more charming when the house is fully equipped for the rental market.
