This is a very comfortable, well located apartment with fabulous views over Neutral Bay to one side and towards the Opera House (slightly obscured by another building) from the other. We enjoyed watching the cruise liners coming in and out, and the cockatoos, kurrawongs, lorikeets and fruit bats swooping past. It was slightly bigger than I'd expected from the photos, with lots of storage space. We found it a very comfortable size for two people travelling with a lot of luggage for one month. The bed is comfy, the shower is good, the kitchen is pretty well equipped, there is effective air con in both main rooms, the TV has Netflix. Being on the 8th floor meant no mosquitoes and a pleasant breeze with the balcony doors open. Kirribilli is a great base for exploring Sydney. Along with the harbour views, you get excellent frequent train services into the City from Milson's Point (8 mins walk from the apartment) and regular ferries from Milson's Point Wharf (10 mins) and Kirribilli Wharf (6 mins). There is a nice deli, a decent small grocery store, and various bars and eateries all within close range. Communication with the letting agent was prompt. Key collection was from their office in Cremorne - this was fine for us as we arrived by taxi - it worked very smoothly and added a maximum of ten mins onto the trip. It would have felt inconvenient if travelling by public transport. Roz was extremely helpful in facilitating an early check in and in allowing us to leave bags at their office on the day that we checked out (a late check out wasn't possible, given that other guests were arriving that day). All in all, this is a great place to stay and I would certainly consider booking it again on a future trip to Sydney.

Amazing place. The view was to die for. Very clean. Easy to get to and from train station. Very quiet and friendly building. Would def recommend this place and would love to stay here again.
