You can book by submitting a booking request for a property through our website, alternatively you can make an enquiry by phoning our Reservation Team on + 61 2 9953 7288 or email them at info@apartmentservice.com.au with your details and requirements. Bookings are confirmed following receipt of your rental payment. Accommodation is paid for in advance. For stays of up to 1 month, the amount payable is due in full. For stays longer than 1 month, payments can be made in instalments.

Bookings can be made for a minimum stay of 5 nights. You may stay in some apartments for 5 nights or longer, and others for a minimum 3 month period up to 12 months or more.

WiFi internet is available in all properties FREE OF CHARGE. Login details with be provided in your property description on check in.

All properties are fully furnished including a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, TV, linen and towels. Gas and electricity are also provided at the property.

Yes. The Apartment Service can offer a range of services including: airport transfers, meet and greet services; welcome baskets and pantry starter kits; catering; babysitters, nannies and housekeepers; secretarial services; specialty gifts, floral orders and delivery; relocation assistance and a host of extra facilities, including cots and highchairs, to help make your stay more comfortable.

You can choose from over 500 top quality studio, one, two and three bedroom furnished apartments for corporate executives, international tourists and family stays. A vast majority with harbour and water views!  

Payments can be made by bank transfer into our company account or by credit card, including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Diners Club. If payment is being made by bank transfer, please forward a copy of the payment advice to info@apartmentservice.com.au. Credit card surcharge applies.

Rates vary depending on the length of the booking, season and availability. Prices range from $600 per week to $3000 per week depending on size, location, season and availability of apartments. One thing is for sure, furnished apartments are a cost-effective alternative to five star hotels, and have the added advantage of feeling like you are staying in your own home.

The Apartment Service can offer you some of the best locations in Sydney. All of our apartments are carefully selected for their proximity to cafes, key business and retail districts, public transport and tourist hotspots. We have apartments in the CBD, on the lower north shore, northern beaches, inner west and in the eastern suburbs.

The apartments are not serviced, however if you would like a daily or weekly service cleans, we can organise this for you. Please let your Guest Manager know, making sure to include what days you would prefer and they will organise this service for you.

At The Apartment Service we understand that sometimes your plans change and you need to alter your booking. While we highly recommend having travel insurance for all travel, below is our Terms and Conditions for your booking.

Cancellation:     Over 30 days before arrival     - full refund (less administration fee)
      15 - 30 days before arrival     - 50% refund
      0 - 14 days before arrival     - no refund
 - No Refund Policy applies to all Luxury Home Bookings.

Once you have commenced your occupancy we require a minimum of 14 days notice for any amendments. If you reduce your stay without 14 days notice you will be charged at the full nightly rate up to a maximum of 2 weeks rent.

Extensions - If you would like to extend your stay please contact our Reservation Team and they will be happy to check availability for you.

Whether you are staying with us for just a holiday or you are coming for a long term project or secondment, we are happy to offer you the best rates possible when you book direct. For guests who require accommodation for 3 months or longer we are happy to offer long term stay rates. Payment is accepted in Australian dollars (AUD) only. The Apartment Service is not responsible for any currency conversion that occurs while payment is being made.

A security deposit is required to be paid for all bookings and is the equivalent of one weeks rent. This is payable to cover any damages or extra cleaning charges that may occur during your stay. Payment is due prior to your arrival and is payable by bank transfer or credit card.

Your security deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days of your departure. If payment was made by bank transfer, please forward your banking details to your Guest Manager by email so that they may have this refund processed to you as quickly as possible. Credit card payment will be refunded directly to the card paid with.

Yes certainly. We will be happy to extend the booking in your property for you, but in the event that your apartment is already booked for your extension dates we will source an alternative property.

Your allocated Guest Manager will organise the quickest and easiest way for you to check in. Please contact them on the mobile number or email address provided on the booking confirmation, 3 days prior to your arrival to make arrangements for the key collection. For very early arrivals, we suggest booking from the night before to secure an early check-in.

Check in time is from 2pm.

Check out time is up until 10am.

While we do try to accommodate requests for early check in or late check out, we can not always provide these. Please contact your Guest Manager prior to your arrive or check out to see if your request can be organised.

 If you are arriving early in the morning or departing late at night and will require either of these we do recommend that you book either the night before or night after to allow for this.
