Well we are back in the boring UK after a wonderful holiday in Sydney over Xmas. Just wanted to thank you for all your help in arranging our stay in Glebe. The apartment was really fab, we loved it, the accommodation and situation were perfect for us. Thank you for your help in sorting it all out for us, which is never easy given the distance I know.

Thank you so much for waiting to see Robert and myself yesterday. You have a wonderful, positive attitude towards your work and customers, and I was very grateful for your help. If you deal in longer term rentals, we will be happy to lease something else through you, at a later date. Ideally, a little closer to Mosman High School, but we would be open to anything in that area (2/3 bed).
I'd like to apologise if you are contacted by the school - but they wanted some form of acknowledgment that we were actually making steps to re-locate here (and within their catchment area) - logistical nightmare at the moment! I'm afraid I therefore had to pass on your details. They are aware that we are renting somewhere else after three months, once we move down to join Richard.
I dealt with a number of Property Managers, on arrival in Queensland, and was quite amazed by their lack of customer care (as opposed to the Real Estate Managers). I wondered why they were so short-sighted, that they hadn't realised that these very same people would perhaps return to buy a property from them, if they had given better care and service. Obviously there was a few exceptions to this, but overall there were a lot of very young, girls, without much respect for their clients. I believe you could make a strong impact, regarding good customer service, in the entire Property Management business, and wish you every success with your future.

-We are so glad we went with you guys at the Crows Nest property rather than else where! We will be checking out on the 19th as planned, as we have successfully found a place of our own after 13 inspections with close to the equal amount of rejections (the competition is so fierce!).
We have been lucky in stumbling upon Japanese Mothers Group here in Crows Nest which has made a world of difference especially for my wife and our son and we will always be grateful for your suggestion in choosing this neighborhood for our temporary base!
We will most likely have our parents stay here when they visit, if not at one of your other properties so please be on the lookout ; )

I thought I would let you know what we thought about the apartment in Waruda Street.
The pictures do not do it justice. The views are as good as anything you could get in Sydney as far as I am concerned – and I know the place.
I am sure we would have paid more than $300 for a basic rooms in a half decent motel somewhere 10 miles back from the harbour so I think it is really good value as well.
Put the prices up! (but not for me if I come back next year).
We are now back in the UK after our Australia trip and I just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, the wedding went very well and the apartment was great. We all loved the views from the apartment and were impressed that it had everything we could need for our stay. We also really appreciated that you pulled out all the stops to find us accommodation at such short notice. I have passed on your details to my son, who lives in Sydney, in case any other friends or family require accommodation whilst visiting in the future and I will certainly recommend you to my contacts in the UK. My wife and I recently used The Apartment Service to find a furnished apartment as we had recently sold our home and were returning to Sydney after an overseas trip.We chose one of their one bedroom apartments in Crows Nest which presently exactly as the photographs on their website indicated. It was clean, immaculate and had everything we needed (kitchen, washer/dryer, bed linen/towels…everything), we even received a ‘welcome kit’ to save us buying coffee/tea etc.. We booked the apartment for 1 month and paid all our monies in advance for the month. During that time we found a new home to move into earlier than the period of our stay at the apartment. We gave the required 7 days notice to vacate and were promptly refunded our monies within 24-48 hours. The team were very professional and courteous and helped us greatly with finding suitable short term furnished accommodation. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Apartment Service to anybody looking for quality short-term (or long-term) furnished rental accommodation in Sydney.
This is to thank you for the great accommodation we received in our staying in Cremorne. The GA104 apartment is ok and we are happy to have chosen "the apartment service" for our holidays in Australia. You will be our first choice in looking for accomodation in our next trips to Australia. Bye !
My four-week stay at the AQUA7 studio apartment has extraordinarily been
pleasant. I would not be exaggerating if I say that some of the best times I
have had in Australia been in Milsons Point. And a significant part of that
credit should go to the AQUA apartment and your agency. My original plan was
to stay in the apartment until the first week of November. However, I have
to cut it short as I am going overseas for a different assignment. As they
say, best times don't last long. They did not last long enough for me. The
walk from the Luna Park (which is less than 20 metres from the AQUA 7) to
Kiribilli; and the walk across the Harbour Bridge were highlights of my stay
at this apartment.
I am leaving this apartment with a firm resolution that as and when I return
to Sydney, I would live only in Milsons Point, and nowhere else. I would
like to thank you and your agency for making my stay so eventful. I am sure
I will be touch-basing with your agency for my future stay in Milsons Point.
Just wanted to drop you both a quick note to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Australia. We had a great visit with my Mum and the topper was that RAG05 was such a wonderful apartment with million dollar views.
Thanks to both for all your help finding this gem in Sydney and setting my family up for such a pleasant stay. If I didn’t know better I would say that you even arranged for great weather while we were there.

"We recently stayed at this lovely and efficient apartment in the Macquarie Park neighborhood of Sydney while visiting family close by.
The apartment was everything we wanted: modern, quiet and restful, fully equipped, and with a beautiful view overlooking masses of eucalyptus trees. We even had our own cockatoos visiting our balcony/patio.
The apartment is on the 9th floor of one of 8 buildings (at present although it appears more are planned) in the complex sharing small gym and lovely pool. There is on-site secured parking. The apartment is next to Macquarie University and practically next door to a Metro Train station.
Slightly further is a major shopping center that includes every fashion item, major super markets and specialty stores, a huge food court, cinemas, etc etc.
One slight problem, which we neglected to tell the manager but which will probably be corrected because of this comment -- the air conditioning worked very well in the bedroom but didn't seem to be working in the living room.
